what's that about?

i initially had audio issues too, and it was only in this game where the audio was not working.

what fixed it for me was rolling back my amd audio drivers to a previous version and restarting my computer.

For audio-related problems, try the following steps to see if they do not resolve the problem.
1. Check if the output audio device is properly selected.
2. If other applications (especially those related to audio and video editing) are running, close them before launching the game.
3. Update the audio interface driver. If the driver has been recently updated, try a rollback.
