I lost the email address I was registered with so I contacted the support multiple times to change my email address but all they did was to ask for my ID. Someone from customer support finally agreed that I can also send the last ACOIN transaction to prove my identity, which I did. A couple of days later my ticket got closed for "not providing enough evidence".
Also tried to completely remove the game from my account and buy it again for 1$. It didn't work.

Privacy invasive and very bad customer support experience overall.

Overall, very well done game.

Yes, there is some pay to progress faster, but I have not personally had that affect me. The new player systems in place let you catch up (for free) to most players who've been playing for years and spent thousands in the process.

The storylines are okay, not amazing, not bad. Your character progression IS the endgame, unlike other MMORPG's where you level up, do a few dungeons, and then farm for no real reason, in this game you're grinding for the next upgrade.

I don't participate in node wars / organized PvP, but I have played Arena (where stats are normalized) and have a great time, even as a new player.

If you want a game with depth to its great, visually stunning, and optionally complex combat - this is the game for you.

I spent three hours making a character, got into the game, hit a bunch of ♥♥♥♥ with big ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hammers just because I can, and I think this might just be the life.
