Dark elemental break and Lucent Beam spam for the first wave, clas strike the second wave.
Or just Fire Careena CS cheese if you have unlocked her full plot (requires post-game though).
In both cases I recommend using Necromancer Julei for his +20% damage against Fiends passsive.
Immediately dash away from danger and have Palemena use Light Elemental Break then spam Glitter Dust on the head monsters. When first wave dies, wait for second wave to spawn so that all of them appears before using Class Strike to wrap up the fight.
Dark Julei and Wood Careena that have passives that reduces enemy's Def/M.Def at the start of the battle helps a lot. Since Wood Careena seems not to be a popular choice, bring a Val with Dark Shield + Provoke helps enemies to ignore Palamena casting spell from afar.
First, give everyone Extra CS ability seeds (you can buy them with Niccolo coins). They'll add to your class strike meter whenever you get mana, which is great because vessels have no cooldown in the aeries.
Second, pick a someone to class strike. Give them whatever vessel will do the most damage, and load up and ability seeds that increase CS damage. I've found a 20%, 30%, 30%, and 50%, but that last two only work at full health.
Then its just spam your class strike and focus on refilling the gauge asap.
For extra fun give her the seed that lets her chain cast light spells.
You also probably want the one that makes light spells free during an elemental break.
