Nemeses

I've done everything in this game besides defeat all Nemeses and complete all bestiary entries. I'm stuck at 96% for Nemeses and I cannot find what I'm missing, I did all the Ancient Temples and checked over the map. Has anyone managed to find them all?

Where can you see the % of the bestiary? I am in similar situation and no idea what I am missing and how many.

Some Nemeses are hidden behind Quests, do them.

I actually found what I was missing, it wasn't one locked behind a quest, was just chilling in Aery Passage.

I was playing it on Xbox and that gives me a % for the achievement. I've gotten all the achievements. There are 30 Nemeses to find, only one actually spawns with a quest in chapter 7.
