But yeah that would be really great. The class costumes look fantastic, and being able to switch out the look would be soooo cool.
And, even though they are on NG+, since I assume they don't own any DLC, the slot for customizing body appearance, i.e., costume, doesn't show up; only the slot to customize weapon shows up.

Interesting. I do have the DLC costumes, but after changing classes, as you might already know, the class costumes don't show up. I wonder if that maybe is subject to change. Would be really neat.

So, since there’s already weapon transmogrification, why not have class costumes? They are one of most enjoyable things in postgame.
How can I request such a feature to Square Enix? I’ve read about the problems with Ouka Studio, but I don’t think requesting a feature would hurt.
Any ideas of how to reach out to Square Enix?
You're missing the point. He wants the ability to use one class's appearance while being a different class.
