Game starts over, but you keep all your inventory (except quest items), levels and all classes unlocked. And apparently there was a mention about NG+ having one extra chapter added in the end

if you continued your save that 'cleared' the game, you get the additional chapter right away. You can 100% the game without touching NG+

My question is: can I choose what to carry over? Because I'd love to carry over stuff like classes, but I do NOT want to carry over levels.
