You don't ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ say...
What posts? If it's happening "constantly", you should be able to link several with very little effort.
Take of this what you will, but I'm not playing your game. Please find someone else to play with.
So what you're saying is that you lied and there *aren't* "constant" posts complaining it's not SoM?
OK.
I can see where you're trying to go so I'll only give you one response. Its not off-topic at all to discuss multiple games within the same series, nor is it when other games are brought in for the sake of explanations and context like how we were discussing and comparing differences with the stamina system.
And as Amaterasu said, the people here voicing that Visions of Mana won't live up to Secret of Mana have the right to do so, so long as warrants critical discussion and not constant flaming and trolling. I made this topic because I think Secret of Mana is a bad game and I felt like too many people were putting it on a pedestal and using that as an excuse to put every game in the series afterward down, which to me is insulting because in my eyes, and plenty others, Trials of Mana is the superior game that didn't get a chance because it wasn't localized during the SNES's height of popularity.
That doesn't change that there are also people who are willing to forgive SoM's faults and see past that. Even if its purely nostalgia there is something about the game that keeps them coming back knowing full well how truly flawed the game is. Those are the kind of people I can relate to because it may not be the case for SoM but there are plenty of other games I could list that are considered heavily flawed and yet I still find myself going back to them every now and again.
If you don't want to add to the discussion, don't waste your stamina on a guaranteed whiff.
Phew... no thanks.
But congrats for wasting your time, since I really don't care about whatever it is you have to say.
Wow, such a great answer.
You were the top dog of your debate club, weren't you.
No, they were right not to engage op. I had to block op for resorting to personal attacks, which is pretty sad considering we're talking about a video game.
Not my fault that he tries to debate with me but I have no desire to debate with him.
Especially since the thread is meant to strike some nerves... so there is no reason for a discussion.
EDIT: Especially since he starts with "I'll only give you one response".
Says it all what's to expect from such a "conversation".
Not engaging involve, well, not engaging. You just ghost. No post, nothing.
Answering with something among the lines of "thanks for the long post, won't read it" is just being a prick. It's an efficient way to troll someone, but it certainly doesn't count as "not engaging".
And you just couldn't ignore him, alright.
Thanks for the post but I'm not reading it or anything else you post from here on out.
Thanks for the post but I'm not reading it or anything else you post from here on out.
My pleasure.
Even tho I highly doubt either of you are actually capable of that.
That don't explain any more about the demo game problem at all and this user didn't really explain what SOM game did better here on out.
Do (night4) know any thing about SOM at less? It seem like (night4) just using that name and that it.
You didn't look hard enough then, because I went into issues with the graphics, characters, menus, dialogue, combat, tutorial, brightness, options, movement, controls, and more. Didn't really notice any performance issues like over-stressing pc like in some other unoptimized games, but I also couldn't play very long as it's a complete disaster and literally made me sick to my stomach with how bad it was.
Not all of that was in this thread, but I didn't rehash every issue here as it's not really relevant to this thread.
At any rate, I'm not exactly sure what you're asking and there seems to be a language barrier here. So if you've got something specific to ask, maybe you should try that.
