Release when?
I hope they release this awesome game soon, really tired of waiting. The game is the most anticipated game for me.

It is like they are sending it out to die. Almost zero marketing.

Learning the wrong lessons from Elden Ring.

I wouldn't be surprised if it's delayed until the Switch 2 (or whatever its name will be) is launched. I feel almost certain it's going to be a launch title.

hhhhh The switch already has exclusives, the console doesn't need Vision Of Mana, and SquarE doesn't need the Switch. But doing an Xbox conference and then delaying the release of the game just for the Switch is miserable..

If they do that, it's because the game is average
I'm not saying they would delay for the Switch successor. But if they do need to delay to next year, that would be a good time to release it. Of course it could still come out on other platforms and still be a launch title for that machine. I will be surprised if it doesn't come out for the new Nintendo machine.

Trials of Mana was featured in a Nintendo event but was multiplatform, so I don't read too much into the Xbox showcase thing.

I don't want it delayed, but "summer" disappearing certainly suggests that.

It does still say 2024 though. Hopefully they don't pull a "Tales of" and launch it vs. another very high profile title.

Yes, I understand, but why would you be surprised if the game does not go out at the launch of switch 2?
We have not even seen its characteristics or configurations ... If there are 2 screens, it would be necessary to adapt the game for the console ...
And I believe that Xbox and PS5 need IP more than Nintendo ...

Trial of Mana was launched on Switch because it was a remake. Som had not been released on Switch and it had made noise because it looked like a mobile game that does not adapt at all to the next generation consoles, it was already published on SNES and it looked like a PEGI + 7 So it is understandable.
But Mana's vision has more budget and a long development designed for a real PS5 / Xbox / PC living room console

Do you have any sources of what you say?
All rumors point to a backward compatible system somewhere in the neighborhood of the PS4 in power, perhaps a bit stronger.

Yeah, rumors can be wrong, but seldom are they totally off the mark when they are so consistent.

you probably own the Switch since I haven't read any rumors that they will delay the game until the next console is released..... play on Steam for this one, there's so much more comfort on a computer! We're not all behind a desk, we can play on a living room TV with a wireless controller. or wait for the Switch2 to be released. I don't think they will unfortunately delay otherwise they would have already announced it before, they won't warn at the last minute.
PC is always my preferred platform when possible. I do own the Switch, but I prefer docked mode. I actually pre-ordered a copy of the PS5 version to show the series support. But I'll be playing on PC.

I just think it's extremely likely it's coming to Nintendo's next system. I will be very surprised if it does not.

100% will be July. That's the standard date for Summer games. In a few days they will announce the release day.

Yes they will. They said the game will come out in Summer. In the game industry, it means June and July.

Now go back to the bridge you came from, you obvious troll.

young padawan, in September people have no money they come back from vacation and it's back to school

Well, Summer can be any time betwen June to August. Imo, most of the time when a game is released in September it's listed as a Fall release. If I were to guess? I would say late July.
