official F2 Series is broken

In Solo F1 World mode there is the "official F2 Series - Part 1" in wich you have to drive a F2 stock car (tech level 100 i guess, non upgradeable) against F2 Cars with tech Level 425. i put all multipliers down but these races are just utterly frustrating. Feels like driving an F3 car against F1 Cars. Is this supposed to be this way (driving with tech level 100 against cars that are 50 kph faster on straights) or does EA care as much about F2 as the rest of this marvel of a game ?

its just how it is buddy, basically place the highest Tech Grade regardless of color when your levelling. As this will promote higher tech gear upgrades to drop

For those Solo ones of 450 - 615+ you only have to place 10th in order to get the tech upgrades if they even offer it (It states Minimal requirement when you click on the series). dont bother trying to boost the mod too far as it can only go too far maybe 30 levels max.

I tend to leave those 450+ ones to last and grind away Goals, dailies & Weeklies in the mean time as they help you level to level 50 before season monthly reset

The grind for tech upgrades starts@ lvl 300 and it slows down quite a bit.
Just make sure you max out your Goals so you Level Quicker why your passively grinding season 1 away

100 - 300 isnt bad.... 300+ feels like it stopped
but you have plenty of time to get to Max 50 before season roll over 24th July
in which your obtaining cosmetics and probably an XP boost for next season

Usually The things Highlighted Purple have Resetted for the week or month and yield a reward

I grinded Championship - F1 world (Short) with Tech difficulty adjusting accordingly as this event you can bump AI tech higher than yours as they are kinda easier

thanks for you help, but im not quite sure if this is the way its supposed to be:
WHERE can i apply tech upgrades to a F2 car to even stand these 425 Races (Ai Level set to 35, Tech Level down to 0) - you can upgrade your F1 car in F1 World Series for sure, but once the F2 Series appears, the tech level depends on the tech level your F1 car has, but you are driving with a GP2 car that is stock and 25 % slower than every AI player. Am i missing the GP2 car upgrade part/area of F1 world series or is this a bug ?

You cant really, you gotta grind quite a bit, use Tech Upgrades and boost them with an upgrade just to make your Tech number higher so higher tech level gear is rewarded

I Just got 9th position im tech 317 vs 400 so if your like 80 point difference its doable but dont stress trying to complete it when your no where near their level
Like ive only Moved from 317 to 325 after farming today, so boost your tech upgrades when u can

this would be my first f1 game within a decade, so im unaware what happens long term with seasonal stuff

It basically wants you to grind everything else bar the first page of F1 world and work your way up to the first page

F1 world appears to be a slow progressional grind , Which i can see the VIP XP boost only working for, cause basically the seasonal track if you complete to level 50 within the month gives you points for VIP Boost next month.... as long as you dont go crazy in the shop
but i have no idea what level its meant to go to or if it resets at the end of the month
Just get your Points and cosmetics at level 50 and i think your done for the month

Im not even sure if i driven a F2 car in F1 World yet but i do have lotsa races over 550 + maybe your right and it is a bug, If thats the case can you craft some common parts for F2 car at your Tech level??

TIP From Tech level 1 - 300 grind as much points from your photo album and goals for upgrades at a later stage.

After 300 Is where you would spend upgrading tech upgrades as it slows down dramatically here and upgrades is the only way to speed things up.
So now im tech level 345 after max upgrades, but i was extremely Tight on upgrade legendarys and epics, as they cost alot . so best save setup points for unforseeable future.... where you have to craft Legendary tech parts and need insane amounts of resources

So i saw what you are refering to as it was one of my high level series i have yet to completed. Its a 5 track series with qualifying it starts at tech level 400 ends @ tech level 425.

If they are kicking your ass at level 100 and they are 400 and you cant seem to finish 10th
Then its something you have to work for and get your tech levels up

I completed this at Tech level 350 and ended up being tech level 400 after the series
they will destroy you in qualifying but you destroy them in racing, so not entirely sure if its tech related to begin with

F1 World is more of a delicate balance of you farming resources through goals and spending it wisely so you can enter the series championship

im not even sure you had to even come 10th or 1st in that series as the narrative behind it was to introduce you to F2 Racing and just to drive and enjoy the series
