IA Super Hard

I recently bought F1 24 and had played a bit of F1 23 before. I'm a newbie when it comes to motorsport knowledge, and I'm finding the game EXTREMELY DIFFICULT. I started in F2, and my car has no speed on the straights, my starts are extremely slow, and the difficulty is set to 1. I really don't know if I'm just extremely bad or if I'm missing something.

if the ai is set to 1 i hope there is an error with your game. have you tried checking the files? forgot how to say it properly

I checked and gave it two more chances, but for some reason, it was still very difficult. I don't know if playing with a controller instead of a racing wheel joystick is the best option, or maybe racing simulators just aren't for me. :/

Luckily, I discovered the problem. For some reason, my accelerator on the controller wasn't at 100% when fully pressed, as I noticed in the game's calibration settings. I adjusted it, and the game feels much better now. I'm able to play competitively at difficulty 69/70.
