As for the temperatures, keep the pressure fully to the right (which lowers the temperature) and lower the pressure for the tyres that are too cold (so usually the tyre with the lowest wear). If the lowest temperature is already in the optimal window, then you can keep it at the full right setting though.
Though you don't need to panic when seeing light overheating, as it's not as punishing as in previous games anymore.
As for the ideal temperatures, this is what i use (all refering to the inner temps; the one in the bracket is the most ideal one, but it's hard to reach it for all tyres depending on your driving style and setup):
- C5: 75 - 95 (80)
- C4: 75 - 95 (85)
- C3: 85 - 105 (90)
- C2: 85 - 105 (95)
- C1: 95 - 115 (105)
- C0: 115 - 135 (115)
- Inter: 55 - 75 (65)
- Wet: 45 -65 (55)
But as i've said, you can still go past the upper limit. You'll lose a tiny amount of grip, but going above it like 5°C still feels quite good , but try to keep it below 10 °C above the limit if possible. On the other side, being too cold is a bigger problem, so try to reach at least the lower limit (it's barely a problem most of the time, but one of the front tyres usually tends to be too cold for me^^)
