Huge FPS drop

I tried searching online but did not really find a good solution so does anyone know how to get rid of those FPS drops

I thought it was just me, the game went from going at 200 fps to 21 fps, does it happen to you similar to you?

Soooo with other words there is no fix?

i had that when playing in fullscreen, but it never happened since i changed to windowed fullscreen. Hard to tell if it's just a coincidence though

i tried that method too but it still happens to me
