Before this update, the game crashed in the menus without any message.
Then I waited for the update to “play” it again.
It no longer crashed in the menus.
Great, I thought, now I can take a test drive.
Nope, when I started the time trial it crashed again without a message.
Spent 79 minutes in the game without riding.
Fortunately, this “game” only cost me 12 euros.
Since my patience has run out, I have deleted the “game” from my hard disk.
Well, I still have F1 22 and that's running.
Maybe I'll try F1 25 again when it costs about 12 euros, but only after I've read through the error messages from other users.
It won't be the case before Christmas.
So, now I'm playing Dirt Rally 2.0 again because it runs great on my PC. (Ryzen 5600x, RTX 3060 Ti, 16 GB Ram, 512 GB m2 SSD and 32 inch monitor)
u for sure should be able to play it without issue which makes me think its a wonky driver. or something easily fixed.
I have installed the 566.36 driver and have no problems with any game, only with F1 24.
I will only install a newer driver when the problems that the drivers for the RTX 5000 series have and that are also present with other graphics cards have been rectified.
Since the drivers for the RTX 5000 cards were released, there have been many problems with these drivers.
I have installed the driver without the Nvidia app.
Reinstalling via the Nvidia app every time!
I'm certainly not going to do that, it's not for nothing that I uninstalled the game.
Either the driver has a bug or F1 24. I rather suspect that the Nvidia driver is causing the problems.
There are some users who have massive problems with the drivers.
Maybe there will be an update, which I doubt, because F1 25 is coming in May, then I will install it again.
