Game Crashes after startup

I bought this game right after its release and then I could play normally, but after a month or something my game couldn't start, I gave up and didn't do anything with it all this time. But yesterday I decided to do something with it and now I can start the game, but after the loading screen that says "press any button to start", my game tries to load and then crashes. What should I do? Please help

I FIXED IT, I'LL LET YOU KNOW WHAT I DID:

1) put -dx11 and -debug on steam parameters
2) go to steam library, right click on f1 24, properties, general, and then where it says "preferred starting option" put "Play F1 24"
3) Open task manager and minimize it. Then start the game from the steam library not from the direct access.

That worked for me.

+1 on this. started happening yesterday but a pc restart fixed it until now. ive tried everything, bar a factory reset on my pc.

heres what ive tried:
the repair function of the EA anticheat exe in the game directory
check integrity of game files. - > uninstall, reinstall
run exe as administrator
update nvidia drivers
delete hardware setting in documents

its going through another validation and then im gonna try this windows update i see right now. i dont expect it to work. will update.

edit:
that windows .net framework update didnt work either. are we just ♥♥♥♥♥♥ until EA wakes up?

just checked event viewer. looks like the anticheat keeps looking for origin (the discontinued app that is now just EA App) and when it doesnt find it, it closes.

saw this in event viewer (Windows Logs -> Application -> look for Errors)

"EAAntiCheatService
Failed to obtain Origin directory"

there is no way EA managed to make a discontinued app a DEPENDENCY for the anticheat. i am praying this is just an outdated line or something. they cant be this bad.

anyone else see this in event viewer?

I think y'all should sort and fix your ea launcher app and get that account working and linked to your steam to avoid most problems.

I had EA fixed from another game and F1 24 starts smoothly once EA login is working auto EZ. I know login frustrations too well from experience. MB make sure to use EA updater in EA folder

i did, but still not working. the game crashes on the menu and send me back to windows
