Verify game files
and delete hardware settings config file located in my documents my games f1 24
Also try reinstall ea anticheat
btw, what pc do you have?
mybe reinstall windows could also help
try deleting;
Users\YOURNAME\Documents\My Games\F1 24\hardwaresettings
then do a file verify
then start game
I had to do a file verify 5 times before it finally worked.
Each time it found something absent and fixed it.
On the 6th time it gave me a message that all was good and up to date.
I have it going now, but it was pretty frustrating.
Hope this helps
also there is this;

"For me, having paging enabled and having enough space in C drive fixed it. For some reason, some games seem to use it even if you have 32 or 64 GB ram."
what worked for me was i had EA app on PC installed but launched the game on steam, i noticed i had the same issue like on titalfall 2 as its also available on EA so i uninstalled and removed EA app from PC and now F 24 is running fine.
I guess EA app an steam are causing isuses to each other when starting up games when they are available on both platforms...
