F1 EA account problem

this one is kinda a big issue, I cannot play the game online because it says EA account required, first of all my steam and EA is linked and I verified it in a lot of ways to confidently say that they are linked. on the EA side my F1 game is not on my library yet BF V is there which I bought after F1 24, I reached out to EA and could not help, still waiting for a refund from Steam, tho i do have 17 hrs played on it because I love the game. sucks that I cannot go online yet

Did you try unlink it from ea account and then when window popup in game link again if this work.also i think,you will not get refund due to 17h playtime .
Max is 2h for refund

I did try everything unlinking, making sure it's connected, (I dont have other accounts). I contacted steam and yep I cannot refund it, idk why f1 is having this problem meanwhile BFV is fine and apex
