FPS MSI Afterburner counter while playing not showing

I have MSI and RivaTunner running - just like I use them when I play F1 23. But I don't see the fps and temperature monitoring while I play F124. How could the problem be fixed? Last year I had the same problem with 23 but I don't remember how it was solved.

YES ... only ... Steam / settings / in game / in game FPS counter. This is Steam FPS counter.
