Recognition?

OK, so far I've played about 2 seasons each on driver career and my team career. In driver career, you need a certain amount of recognition for upgrades. All was going well until my third season. About 6 races in, I could no longer upgrade due to my recognition suddenly needing to be 60%. I was on 56. I was increasing about 2% per season. OK, I thought. It's gonna be a grind, but cool. That's what F1 is all about. I managed to struggle my way (I'm no Verstappen) from 54% to 56% by the end of season 2 and I thought I was going OK. I re-signed with the same team for season 3 and started off only to find I'm now back to 54%.

WTF?!
Very disheartening ...

Perhaps I'm not understanding the mechanics (no pun intended) of this game, but I just won the first two races in season 3 and my recognition went from 54% down to 53%. How does that work? What am I doing wrong?

I really hope EA gets rid of the recognition portion dealing with upgrades and perks! This is pure CRAP!!!!!!
I started my player career deciding to try all of my fav vehicles.
I did my 1st 24 race season in the Ferrari. The 2nd was in the Merc, and the 3rd & 4th season in the Aston Martin. the 1st season with the AM, I had equipped all dev upgrades and until the MAGICAL 60% recognition was achieved, I had all further dev upgrades locked until 60% I spent 24 races without a single dev upgrade available.
Finally, my 2nd season with Am, I reached the MAGICAL 60% recognition !!!!
I had all kinds of resource point available due to a season without dev upgrades. Life was good and at the end of my 2nd season with AM, I was FINALLY approached by the RED BULL!!!!!!!
I said, HELL YES!!!! I'll jump ship to cruise in a BULL!!!
JIMNEY CRICKETS! My recognition was was punched in the gut and body slammed down to 51...
My 1st season with the BULL, I got back up to 59 recognition. At the end of the season, I signed a 3 year contract with the BULL......AGAIN, I was punched in the gut and body SLAMMED back to 51 recognition!!
I'm into my 7th race of my 3rd season with Red Bull S%$T without a dev upgrade and 20k in resourse non redeemable points (NOW recognition 54) being available because of the upgrades being locked until recognition level 60!!
Well, a new year with the same BS called recognition.

It pisses me of because my former Aston Martin has at least 10 upgrades above my BS since I was at 63 recognition and poured on the dev upgrades. COME ON, i'M SURELY NOT THE ONLY ONE BEING JACKED BY RECOGNITION!!! In almost 200 races, I've been in 1st place ....GET RID OF THIS BS!!
I'm now in season 3 with red BullS(*&t race 8 without an upgrade.... I guess the 20k resource points are useless
Well, a new year with the same BS called recognition. In Oct I started a NEW career, sticking with the same crew red BS. I just finished my 3rd season at RTG 95, and was ....AGAIN, punched in the gut and body SLAMMED back to 50 recognition from 58!! The ONLY thing that caused this AGAIN, was a resigned my contract.... If F! 2025 doesn't address this there WON'T be a F1 2026 for me!!!!!!+
** I JUST FINISHED MY 100TH RACE START in my 2nd career RTG 97, 4th or 5th season, AND WON PROBABLY 94 RACES...AMAZINGLY, i'M STILL AT 51 NONRECOGNITION!!!! there won't be a F1 25 for me!!!! Going to stick with iracing next year...Give IRacing a try!!!!!!!!
