Game crashes everytime I try to load a mid session save

I’m trying to load a mid session save for the Bahrain Grand Prix. I keep trying to load the race and every time I try to the game crashes. This is the fifth time it’s happened and each time I’ve had to restart the career mode. im basically wiping out hours of playing. Not sure if anyone has had the same issue or knows of a workaround?

I'd buy on from EA launcher. I had so many problems when playing on steam and that i don't have on the EA launcher
Steam Issues
1. Couldn't load into saved races even with back up files (game breaker) Test on the EA launcher every 10 laps for 7 total hours of racing, loaded in perfectly each time.
2. Practice programs would always crash during certain programs (tire wear and ERS)
3. No flags or mistakes from AI
4. Several settings were missing (mechanical failures and a few others i can't remember)
5. Random lag spikes on single player
6. Radio commands would disappear all together
7. Collisions sometimes wouldn't do damage and random ghosting.

EA issues
1. Radio commands disappear all together like on steam. But a simple save and restart fixes this problem since you can load back into a saved game. This happens on both steam and EA but far less on EA. Only disappeared once in 7 hours from EA
2. No voice radio commands at all for some reason

The game is great and I love it. Normally I push for buying something on steam vs other platforms BUT for some reason it is much more stable on EA launcher.

That was my temporary fix until the next update comes along
So basically i searched f123 radio fix and it worked with F1 24
working flawlessly ever since only needed to do once, back in working order from VR Headset Mic to Gaming headset mic just make sure mic is selected before booting F1

This just happened to me now and I was about to create this post xD. I had to restart my game because radio commands disappeared mid race, and now I can't open the race anymore. I've read the EA's forum post and no one found a solution and the adm closed the post lol. So what should we do now?
