BUG: heavy rain during practice, but cant use wet tyres at all

In a career, started from F2, on one of the tracks during practice it was raining, and when choosing any programe of the 3 to practice on I could only have softs, wet tyres were locked not able to be used. So entire practice session was undriveable, apart from the AIs which were driving just fine with softs on the rain haha.
Need patching. I wonder if it can happen for qualifying too, havent had qualies on rain yet to test it out.

It's a known bug and is getting fixed in the next patch. The alleged temp workaround is to change your settings filter to "casual", but most people have reported this doesn't work.
