Report a translation problem
1. Tweak the setup (soften your ARBs, lower camber, lower downforce, lower ride height, lower tire pressure)
2. Wait for a handling update
3. Keep at it until you get used to it
Ive gotten used to it I don't drift as much but I still do a little but I don't understand how the ai just accelerate so fast its like they are on rails
Technically they are on rails to some degree. To a player it doesn't really matter in the end, as they won't be able to tell, if the AI uses 5 or 50 variable to determine their cars behavior.
Andhe reason for you being too slow can have many reason, though when you say that you're constantly drifting, then the biggest problem is probably your trust into the car or the setup not allowing you to get onto the acceleration fast enough. Also having too much drag can be a problem or, if you're using realistic car performance (for example in career modes), then having a weaker engine and less Drag-upgrades can also cause some issues.
