Blurry graphics

I've got everything at max settings, although the game still looks blurry, I fiddled around with A-A settings but nothing seemed to work, thoughts?

16 GB RAM

I can run the game just fine on max settings, but then there's this blur that annoys me everytime I do literally anything in this game. Tried every A-A setting but it was of no use.

Have you tried disabling DLSS and variable shading?
That solved it for me.

yeah the DLSS profile they are using this year is terrible, don't use it and suffer a tiny bit of frame rate loss

This has to be a bug. My game has gotten increasingly blurry, and not everything is blurry, just the cars and drivers while in main menus or driving. The menu options themselves are crisp and clear and very legible, nothing else is.

I've updated my graphics card, tried every setting it has for the game, tried every level of graphics setting in the game and have not found a fix for this issue.

My game used to be so clear I could read the driver steering wheel in-game while racing. Now I can barely see the track.

I found the issue... in the video mode settings page, turn dynamic resolution off.
