Crafting with fur.

I think small chunks of fur from like a dogman should be able to be crafted into like makeshift bands to wrap around yourself. Sounds kinda odd I know but wouldn't you wrap chunks of fur on your head, legs and arms to keep warm? I sure would so why wouldn't Phillip Kindred the ultimate survivor wrap himself in fur bands? Thanks for reading!

I know he can with the trapping skill but I think it shouldn't take trapping skill to wrap small pieces of fur on your arms and legs.

There are two fur recipes in the game - patchwork fur tunic and patchwork fur gloves - none of which needs trapping to be made.

To make a tunic, you need 10 fur pieces and 20 small strings, plus any tool with a sharp point. Gloves need the same kind of tool, plus 3 fur patches and 3 strings for materials (per single glove).
