how/where to sell items?

made it to detroit but about to die of thirst...lol....have no money. can i sell items somewhere?

Just bellow the gate, there is a hex with different graphics (a stack of shipping containers). It is the junk market, where you can sell items (by dropping them on the ground) and buy some as well (by picking them up). It does restock every day, around midnight.
