Cant make Dog man fur coat even with trapping skill?

I am playing the test build and can't make the wolf pelt into a coat for some reason in starting area?

what are you putting in the crafting screen?

I found out I wasn't dragging the skill itself over haha. It didn't show as an option in the recipe book.
