Changes to hacking

I can't hack a cell phone because I keep getting the message that the software has insufficient charge, even with two fully charged batteries installed.

I don't remember hacking being this much of a pain in the ass last time I played and it wasn't exactly a game breaking skill, how am I supposed to use this skill anymore?

Welp, I'm a moron. Cell phone hacking software is not smart phone hacking soft ware. Lesson learned.
