I guess to answer your question, the banishment last a year, unless you use mods.
Or should i go in the game files?
If you want to modify game files, look in conditions.xml for the banished from dmc condition, then change the duration to 1.
But without the pass you'll just get banished again.
Unfortunately, the introduction to Hatter is contingent on getting booted from the gates the normal way for lacking a pass. But the good news is if you can ditch your exile, you can try to go in again and it should work.
To change the exile's duration, go to <Neoscav install path>/data/conditions.xml and search for 'DMC marked and exiled'. Change the 'fDuration' tag's value from 8760 to 1, and it should expire in 1 turn.
