I know that using dirty rags on injuries increases the infection risk, but is it still better than not bandaging the wound at all?

I already played Neo Scavenger for about 100 hours, even with some mods but I I feel the overall lack of content and what you can do in this game, gets boring quite quickly... I know it was meant for story mode which you can complete in like 10 minutes probably if you know what you are doing, but I dont know man.. I would like a wasteland survival game in which there is somehow a sense of progression you know.. I feel like you can get the peak of progression in this game pretty fast when you get top tier g...

i kicked the dog mans ass but havent gotten the footage of it i just see the courpse and some shards i tried checking inside the lab but still nothing in the lab i tried again with a new save but still didnt get it
