i don´t get what i´m doing wrong but i´m constantly ending up with too few money to finish a mission.. how can i order more money ?

thats pretty much impossible unless your feeding far to much to the pig without caution

there are missions that dont drop anything, but overall you should always have a larger supply than the demand. even if that aint as much as you would like endgame

dont forget if the mission does not state clean cash you can use marked and fake money as well, and so forth. you can also wash of anything even markings

i´m checking all the boxes and bags but in most cases don´t find enough, i guess i´m doing something wrong. i´ve not even gotten to actually washing money, i´m right at the first bag with 25k ... i´ll try to check some videos, that´s crushing my self confidence :D

heck mate, is the current task to deliver counterfiet or marked money ?

at the beginning its easy to overlook the importance of using the workbench and manually checking the notes right from the start for both the above

but yea you should not be really truly struggling like this, the game gives you enough

You get more than ample amounts in the currency for each mission. You are doing something wrong. I got phat stacks of each currency with yen just starting. Now if its a mission thing where you have enough and its not counting it right, double check the bills for the right currency and make sure you are following what the mission says to do. There were some sneaky counterfeits missions you will over look by accident.

I've been having a similar problem, since the update, there seems to be a problem full counted stacks of non counterfeit, non marked money, and I think it's because it's dirty, I've tried several times prior to a save to get this to work, and double checking the stacks that they are full 100%, and every time I send it through a mission that doesn't care about the type of money "any type" (Nothing about needing to be dry, or clean or anything of the sort) it's going through less than what I'm sending, one mission it was send $15k through, it only sent a stack of $10k and a stack of $5k as $14,400, how is it missing $600? different mission wants $55k, it only sent $37k, it's being so weird and no amount of restarting or cycling back to last save is fixing this, last night I had a different issue, when to put money in a bag, and it just disappeared, then when picking up the bag it was all up in my face no matter what I did, but there was no money in it... so I couldn't fix whatever that was all about, so it's literally whatever the most recent version it is. I started from a fresh save tonight, and I haven't unlocked the the dryer yet, I'm just doing basic tasks that isn't story until I have enough saved up to wiz through some sections. so there shouldn't be anything causing this issue, I did buy the massive stationary UV light so I know nothing I'm sending is counterfeit or marked, just dirty because of a previous task I didn't know was going to send me dirty money. (it didn't say anything about needing clean, just dry). and I've have over 30 hrs on steam (I play offline mostly so I estimate it's over 200hrs at this point), but I've been playing before the mark counter, so a few months ago. So I KNOW that what I'm doing should be accurate.

you dont have to buy the UV light the workbench handles that, its best to place notes into the bench 100 notes per time

and i havent tried.... at least not in terms of is it possible

but i can complete the entire game mostly speaking doing only yellow story missions, i do however and have always done a few odd easy purple missions just to boost bank balance to advance in ownership of certain things

i reckon it is possible to complete the game fully without ever doing a side mission



as for dirty money you can wash it, even saving any dirty cash obtained by missions pre having the ability your still more than capable of completeing missions


i cant enter debates on bugs, and some do happen, ive lost money through the floor once but even with that i still had enough reserve and wits to allow the lost to happen

I think you missed the part where I legit said I haven't even unlocked the dryer yet, I didn't even unlock the incinerator room yet... and I hate using the workbench because it messes with my eyesight (I easily get motion sickness and the constant blacking out when going near it has always been an issue for me). also, I pointed out that money I'm turning in isn't marked... "As for dirty money you can wash it" I'm not progressing the story missions at all right now. (yes, I know I can buy my own machines and stuff, I'm choosing not to when i can get things from specific missions/tasks for free eventually)... I'm playing my own way at my own pace... it doesn't matter if the money is dirty or not, the problem was the money wasn't being counted properly, I had more than $600 being dirty in one instance, and another was a lot less than the HUGE $13k that was missing in one entry... I think you're completely ignoring the main issue... if money suppose to go through is not being registered, and the common thread so far is it's dealing with dirty money that shouldn't have even been received to begin with, from someone who has been playing for months, and knows the game well enough that this is likely a bug... I think that's the bit that should be focused on. I think there's an issue with either memory leaking data on money you keep around long enough that it loses the data of the currency amount, it's either phantom cash, or something else, I don't know what, but there's a definite issue... ON THAT NOTE, I recently did a full forced uninstall, and reinstall of the game, not only does the first few starting missions no longer have marked money in it, (which was odd because I was used to that), but I seem to clear up the dirty money being received when it should have only been wet money issue, so far, no more non-counted entries. (So far, it is a new third save, and I would play for hours straight, trying to navigate what's causing what bugs where). I came here to validate what other's are experiencing, so they aren't feeling alone in what they are dealing with, the problem with replies like yours is they come off as invalidating, or that people aren't allowed to play their own way. I'm just saying I'm agreeing with OP that there seems some missions aren't accepting all the funds like they should sometimes, it can be a bug. Right now, I might have to suggest a hard reinstall of the game, a new save, and most likely if you don't want to be disappointed in needing to start over from scratch, (specifically again), might have to wait until updates confirm these issues are no longer an issue. I'm willing to deal with the hassle of finding bugs and help the devs reporting on them, in hopes to make the game successful in the future. (I've also been looking in the discord, but the current niche of a bug seems so minute at the moment that I only found one recent one that touched on it similarly, but if more than one person is dealing with these things, it might need looking into to prevent a domino effect of future bugs, it literally could be as simple as a single change between a 1 and a 0 somewhere, who knows, and as someone who dabbles a smidge into typing up personal datapacks for minecraft... I can only imagine how much more difficult it is to make a game like this).

i havent seen any issue with not getting enough money, the only bug i had one time was i placed the money into a suitcase and it fell through the floor

if you cant tolerate the workbench then not much to be said about that anymore :)

Before I recently updated, I don't know which patch I was on... 1.0.5? maybe, I had issues with money falling through floor all the time, so far, the reinstall, haven't had it since. but I did have an issue before recently when I updated, (before the reinstall) that I went to place something in... I think it was the suitcase mission in the tutorial, I went to place some money in it, it disappeared, I tried to see if it just ghosted into the case and recollect it, but it picked up the suitcase into my face and I couldn't figure out how to find the money, that was weird, so I think between the updates, something was corrupted in my files, hence why I did the full reinstall. edit to add, this isn't the only game lately that I'm noticing needing to do full reinstalls to get games working again, so at this point I have no idea if it's a steam issue or an updates issue, or a weird combo of both. I have had weirder circumstances that shouldn't make any sense in the past for other issues for other games in the past, so. just throwing a theory out there that might spark someone with more knowledge that might know how to look into something like that.

I'm at my first mission, haven't unlocked anything, they need 20k. I mopped up every bill in the room and it's only 16k. What's next??
