Weird Glowly Fibers/scratches?
Under the UV light, I noticed a lot of my bills have flowing fibers/scratches, but I did not see these before, or at least, I don't think?

Am I crazy and they've always been there? I don't see them in screenshots either.

i think it's to denote bacteria maybe? Tho i don't think it serves any gameplay mechanic just yet.
I know Canadian currency has UV threads mixed into the bills alongside the number marks being UV. Could just be that.

I have found that its only on $20 bills, haven't seen it on anything else for some reason it doesn't affect anything though

it was only on 20s for me at first, now i see it on all of them, idk what it does i still get my clean money bonus
what is the color, red or mixed color?

US currency has small threads (red and blue) interlaced into the cotton. This may be simulating that.

I've got some notes that have the ink pattern on them, but instead of being blue, it's red and only shows up under black-light

At first I thought it was the blood spattered bills, but it was only on 20s so I assumed it was some more "security" marking. To see if it spreads, I'll try to mix them with fake money and see if the fake money get those also.

It's likely to be a security feature that is commonly used in banknotes. Random flecks which glow under UV lights such as these ones[tanwj.com]or on the 100 Euro note.[www.alamy.com]
