Where can I get more bullet shells?

I accept a mission need 50 bullet shells. I don’t know if is because my dark net level but most quest do not offer anything else even rubbish.

Does yours specifically ask for "bullet shells" because I've got one asking for only "shells" Which I'm assuming are the red shotgun shells. And I'm guessing the metal bullet ones are "bullet casings". I'm no gun guy but aren't shells and bullets two different things?

well I not playing this game in English but it says shell casings when I change language into English. But I try send random rubbish in bag including shells it also count. So I guess it doesn’t need to be only shells.

I did accidentally sent coins instead, and the mission ended up being completed with those. I guess they didn't properly programme the missions very well for items other than money.

I'm having issues collecting them as well. I mean I had a ton at the beginning and throughout now that I got this mission I'm getting none.
