Do you need to complete golden quests to finish the game?

I filled piggy bank with 1 million but nothing happens. Is it because i have unfinished golden quests? I did install the screen but thats it

You need to get the hose also. It's in the Vault. There's more i just got another quest for the piggy bank. I got as far as adding the hose.

You have reached an ending, when the game tells you, that it's over and you can stay and keep working.

These are 2 Endings that i know, but i dont know if there are more endings:
Either youve send the Piggy Bank away or destroy it.

I guess you can use the ladder to climp on top of the vault, and leave the map from there lol

There is an Easter Egg achievement for getting outside the building. The Yellow quests are the story missions that end once you choose a side. After that you can endlessly take the other missions.
