How to tell when a quest won't provide items?

How do you tell when a quest won't give you items or money? There's a few quests where you have to pull from your personal stash. I've had a few different ones. One asking for marked bills, one some necklaces, one Euro bills.

You don't! Generally you are supposed to cycle your stuff, basically whatever comes in you clean and store, and whatever you have you send out. I have stacks/pallets of Dollars, Euros, Yen, gold ingots, necklaces, vases, and even statues. I just store what I don't use, then when I need it I take it and use it. I usually don't send stuff out that I have received into the next batch of missions that I do. I even have pallets of marked and counterfeit bills. For when I need them I can pull from them. I do send stuff up into the big pig but that is usually ink stained bills because I am not sitting there cleaning a huge stack of ink stained bills.
