high temps after most recent patch

temps still spike to 70+ on run. this is the only game that does it. No issues with other games people have mentioned like assassins creed or ubi games.
most recent drivers, nothing overclocked. 7950x3d 64gb ram 3090 ti. win 11 pro. only running at 1080. vsync on. water cooled normally idles around 25c and in games 45 with 50 at the highest ends. this occurs on max/min and anywhere in between graphic presets.
There should be no reason to have to limit my cpu power due to an issue on the games end.
