Quick pick up 100 hold over basket let go. Let it fall into pile. Repeat to 2k+ in less than a minute.

To get the achievement easily in 1 trip up the ladder, pick up a stack of (unbound) 100 bills. Place in inventory. Pick up another stack of (unbound) 100 bills. Go up ladder. Drop bills through hoop. Pull bills from inventory. Drop them as well.
