Removing ink is a pain!

Is there any other way to remove ink from banknotes besides using the sponge?

I'm supposed to remove €140,000 full of ink, so I have five large boxes full of banknotes and my arm goes numb after just five minutes of wiping...

I just feed ink stained money to the pig. Not worth the trouble with how much other money you get.

If you cut open the bank with the knife instead of opening them with E, you avoid the ink in the first place.

I cut open the bag and I am having trouble getting the other money out of the bag. Anytime I try to pick up the money it just picks up the bag.

I made a mod to make the process of removing ink faster it's quite helpful if the amount is not too much, but now that I know we can avoid getting inked I think the mod is unnecessary and it's quite funny .

I just opened 2 bags like that, and they were 100% splattered...and I cleaned them...4 times each, and they are now clean.
Each time I took them off the workbench, after cleaning, they were 100% splatter again...
Seemed a bit bugged...
Think I'm just gonna feed them to the pig, like has been mentioned...

Oh yeah dont mix stained money with clean.
But yeah you are never given inked money, its only if you open the bag instead of cutting it. You dont ever press e at the bag. Ever. you just click and F+click to take it out

Yes you are given inked money.
Small amounts apparently from missions and bundle from vault.

And if you do not notice it, it will spread.

Its very rare getting inked money from missions, I think I got a few from story missions specifically. But side missions about inked bills always deliver bank bags, which you can cut open. And the money in the vault you can just toss to the pig or the furnace.

You can get through this entire game without cleaning a single bill without issues, if you want. Its what I've done, because cleaning bills sounds like a pain so I've just never bothered to do it.
