What is a "Perfect Pack"?

When getting rated at the end of a mission, sometimes I get the "Perfect Packs" rating, but often times I do not, and I don't know what the difference is. I'll bundle up all bill types separately, wrap it all in film, and that seems like it'd be perfect to me but it doesn't get rated that way.

Does anyone know what "Perfect Packs" actually means? I have gotten perfect packs rating while not getting the no counterfeit / no marked bills ratings so I don't think it has to do with marking/counterfeit.

sending only full wrapped/film bundles of 30 taped packs and nothings else wrapped. (you can send more taped/lose just don't wrap it.)

Only wrap the money according to its value. In other words, only wrap the bundles of 10s together, then only the 20s, 50s and so on. So thats only one kind of bundles in the pack.At least that's what triggers the bonus for me.

I think it's perfect packs if the bundled stacks of bills are the same denomination and 100 bills. Potentially all the stacks cling film wrapped as well.
That's what I usually do and I pretty consistently get the perfect stacks bonus. I do not think I sent a single 30-stacks-wrapped yet, so that isn't it.

EDIT: wait, this is probably perfect stacks not perfect packs rating, so if there are two different ratings, disregard this, then I never got the perfect packs one lol

From my experience the wraping in foil is not required and it seems only to check if the bills are bound. Not sure though if different bundle staks change it as i always go with the full 100 bills bundle.

Never put them in foil but get the "perfect pack" bonus all the time. Didn´t really check if it also requires to trigger the "no counterfeit" and/or "no marked" bills so not sure in this area.
