I cannot for the life of me work out how to launch the missile and I am so confused. Lifehacker told me I needed to choose but I don't know what I'm choosing or how to do it

Any pointers?

I have not. I don't know how or what with.....

If you assemble the mortar you will also get a round delivered for it

I did, I built everything but never got anything delivered. From what you're saying, I was supposed to but I've abandoned the save file and restarted in the hope I can figure it out this time.

When you get back there, to complete the mission, you will need the vault to complete this mission, thats all i will say for it
