Achievement Problems, pls help

I'm working on getting the last 3 achievements:

I've collected all 10 art dollars and it hasn't counted
i've left the map and it hasn't counted, and i can't find the basket ball to complete the 3rd achievement i'm missing

any ideas on how to fix it? i've validated files, restarted steam and my computer, uninstalled and reinstalled

Left the map and find campfire and 200 hoops take leader and climb top of the hoop and drop money in. Sorry for my english :)
