Same for me... got all the cash I could need for Combo Heist at the start of the mission, but no ingots. And I'm blocked on progress because of this + counterfeit mission (I burned all my counterfeit money at the start of the game, not knowing any better). So I guess I need to do side missions to get more fake/marked money, so I can progress story. Frustrating.
