7 is in the warehouse follow UV signs
EDIT: Never mind, it is actually there, thanks. Scanner doesn't pick it up, you actually have to go up on the elevated part on the right and it's behind the pillar that holds the light switches
i just got the last art bill i needed to complete the collection from a random job :D
I got #4 from a random job, maybe #2 too, I can't remember that one.
I didn't make any notes where and what I found, but just from my memory (excluding those from the presents):
1. In the gift box under the collection poster
2. Under the armchair next to the mortar base plate
3. On the 2nd floor of the unlockable area with washing machines
4. On top of the basketball hoop stand
5. Under the dust bin in the WC area of the warehouse (far left corner)
6. Behind the pillar with the light switches in the warehouse
7. On top of the furnace
So in my experience:
- 7 can be found hidden in the game area
- 2 are from the missions. Can't really remember which was the second mission from which I got the gift with the card, though...
- 1 from the random missions
Also I got like 4 duplicates ($20 and $10) from missions as well. So it seems like you can get most (if not all) of the collectibles from missions.
Tip: You can scan incoming boxes and bags with your scanner and it usually shows whether there is a collectible bill inside. It does not always work perfectly, but it is a good practice to rescan everything now and then. From the experience I can say that collectibles usually being grabbed in the very first scoop from the container that has one, so it's really like searching needle in the haystack :D
