4 gold necklaces wont ship

I have got 4 gold necklaces in a M medium box but still is coming up red help

At least one quest failed until I swapped the "medium" box I was using for one I purchased on the black market. Not sure if it was this one.

The quest only accepts the necklaces in the red and black colored case, NOT the smaller ones in the cream-colored case.

Also, just in case, make sure the quest is set for delivery in the task tracker app.
