Game bug 60 fps max.

ATTENTION ANYONE HAVING THIS ISSUE
I found out that its caused by having a ups connected to the pc. in the game directory there is "gameusersettings.ini" in this file there is a hardcoded setting to cap the frame rate on the game to 60 when a battery is present. The fix is the change this number to 0 or to a value of you choice. DEVELOPER please change this. Users with laptops are making posts about this.



Having issues with the game. Fps won't exceed 60. Really high end of and on all types of graphical setting changes. 4 people last night on the discord and I could not figure it out.
Please read entire list before commenting and understand I have done most if not all basic troubleshooting using my vast knowledge of computer diagnostics.

-Reinstalled game
-updated drivers
-restarted
-deleted game data and steam cloud
- reset graphic settings locally
-disabled hdr
-disabled all game graphics (potato mode)
-unplugged extra monitors
-restarted steam
-many other tests
-fps is locked to 60
-fullescreen-windows-bordserless
-vsync on or off
-frame gen on or off
-reflex on or off
-Fps set to 30 and then back to over 60 and
-Install to alt storage
-Tester an unreal engine 5 game I have and got 200 fps.
Tested a not unreal engine game I have and got 200 fps
-Ran monitor frame rate test while game was running in windows mode on same screen and the test showed 240 fps while the game still
ran at 60
-Verified that if I install the game via steam on a Different of it gets over 60 fps.
Steam cloud disabled.
-Deleted game files pfater uninstall
-Deleted local app data files
-Deleted app user data from steam user data folder
-reset Nvidia 3d settings
-reset Nvidia resolution settings

-And more

32 gig ram running 6200mt
Asus motherboard.
Rebar enabled
Xmp enabled
Monitor Samsung odeysey at 240 hrs with hdr.

Thoroughly read through your post and can see you went through all of the normal troubleshooting steps. My only questions is, did you try turning it off and on again?

did you change your monitor from 60 to 120 most monitors are set to 60 initially cause im getting 110 120 fine

same problem,the 60 FPS tortures me a lot,maybe i would buy it again and try whether it works.thanks!

I have figured out a fix for this if you go to:
%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\CashCleanerSimulator\Saved\Config\Windows
Open GameUserSettings.ini note pad (or which ever you prefer to use) and edit the line

FrameRateLimit_OnBattery=60.000000
to
FrameRateLimit_OnBattery=120.000000
or which ever fps you prefer I just like 120 fps.

I hope this helps people out there
