I have over $10000 in assorted marked/counterfeit bills in and xxl box, scanner confirms both but the plastic wrap i have done them as one big block and split into multiple still wont accept and finish the quest??

Randomly worked split into 4 plastic blocks of only US $

The thing that with this quest you get a delivery with $ and € notes and as the quest only asks for $ it will not accept the delivery if at least 1 note with € is in the stack or any regular non-marked note.

So far i think it´s safe to say that this quest is the one most players struggle with cus it´s the 1st that asks explicitly for counterfeit/marked notes.

I have triple checked all the notes they are all marked with a red eye but the game doesn't recognize them as marked,

Those with the eye are police marked bills. You find out later with another quest and need them then

Police marked bills are the red X going from corner to corner. These bills cannot be used. The eye marks are FDI marked bills. I had this issue where police marked bills. Only use marked bills with the squares or the smaller fat X on them.

Didn't use the scanner until 8 hours into the game. Slapped myself for that one, haha.

Oh thank god, I spent hours on this assuming all red marks were gang markings. I missed the bit in the chat log that mentioned that and I see I'm not the only one confused.

One of the photos you get in the phone for the quest shows you the 'valid' marks too
