I bugged out of the map

Hi. After unlocking the 3rd area (where the two canisters explode), one of the debris parts threw me out of the map. I am behind these wood penals in the new room and I cannot get out.

Is there a way to respawn or do I have to delete the save now...

[Edit:] I got out by jumping up one of the wooden walls. You can just run into them and spam jump

In case anyone gets the same issue: You can jump up the wood wall. There is one corner where you can just jump up multiple times and get over.
