Render problems

I just cant play on any screen higher than the one on asus rog. Simply because the camera have 0 smoothness and there are too many ilumination bugs related with the frame generation.....how can i disable all related with frames?? The game dont need this just to be well created

What about ROG screens?
What illumination bugs?

Why not turn global illumination down or even off?
Same goes for frame gen. (I dont know why some people try to get x amount of FPS out of this, its no comp game.)
