the lack of a "drop one" or "fan out" function for a wad of cash on the workbench to allow for much easier and more efficient sorting of marked bills from unmarked ones is a rather large design oversight.

As it stands right now if you want to sort marked bills from unmarked ones at the workbench your options are
A: throw them on in a loose pile making a huge scattered mess all over the bench which is a pain in the butt to clean up.
or
B: Put them on in bound bundles which then have to be sorted through one bill at a time which is very tedious to the point of being beyond boring.

having the ability to take ten notes from the bundle and spreading them out in a line at the press of a button would make it vastly more pleasant to do as a task.

a bonus effect of adding this function is that it'd make cleaning inked cash actually viable rather than just having 100% of all inked money automatically go to the pig.

Option C, make your own dark room and sit on the floor heh

But yes.. being able to spread them out in a line and able to pick indivual ones out would be ideal
or at the least allow us to deal them out like cards.. opting to throw the top bill to the left or right as we empty the stack from our hand, via key/button press would also work well enough

The workbench needs a LOT of QOL updates. I tried using it twice and realized it was useless. Easier to just do stuff on the floor, with money counters, etc.
