But when I plug a PS3 controller, instead or with my 360 controller, I have this bug and I can't fix it. If I remove the joydev, none of my controllers work. So I can't do local coop with 2 controllers.
PS3 pad reports bogus axis values until you press the PS button - does it work after you do that?

Can you provide more info? What linux are you using? What kernel version are you on? What mouse are you using?
