Losing the ability to jump?

Ever since the latest patch I've been encountering an issue at least once per game, sometimes more, where I suddenly stop being able to jump. Doesn't matter what class I play as, where I am, or what I'm doing but suddenly I'll stop being able to jump or use my jetpack. As you can imagine this leaves me in quite a pickle especially because usually there doesn't seem to be a way to force a fix. I've tried swapping between keyboard and gamepad and jumping will not work on either device and it'll just randomly decide to start working again. Usually the only thing I've noticed that's "fixed" it every time is if I could reach a ladder to climb.

Most frustrating was on the bottom floor of the last level where I couldn't get over a tiny box to reach the ladder to be able to finish the game.

the "can't jump" bug didn't seem be random for me, it's alway happen when i strach a corner, and usually use some skill make it stop) , i guess the game thought you're actually in the ground, and so can't allow you to pass throught it ( in ground == under ground hitbox )

I've only encountered it in one specific area of Sky Meadow.

also happened to me on an enforcer in the lava pit. Also had to restart from the menu on the previous play attempt, as a random invisible wall made it impossible to get to the right half of the dry lake

Happend to me in the forest, damp caverns, sunken tomb and magma barracks

for me it's not just jumping sometimes its the abilities and jumping too but i only had it happed in the desolate forest and the damp caverns

It's happened to me quite a few times, and it's really frustrating. Sometimes it fixes itself if I can walk down a step or off of a platform. Once I was on a flat surface with a jump on either side though, and there was nothing I could do. I waited around killing stuff for 10 minutes, tried to change the keybindings, everything. :\

This game is so awesome, but it's really quite frustrating to get really far in a game and play with constant fear of this jump bug. :(

i believe it happens with the rusty jetpack

I've had it come up a few times (was responsible for my latest death when I lost the ability to jump out of a lava pit). It seems to be tied to the Jetpack. I haven't had it occur at any time that I didn't have that item collected, so far.

Rusty jetpack caused this for me, fixed by falling down from the level I'm currently at.

Yeah, jetpacks here too, especially after teleporting to a new level.

I also just had a good run ruined by collecting an artifact, dropping down the pit and getting stuck in the upper left of the map. :(

Quite commonly happens when playing multiplayer games after picking up the rusty jetpack and jumping to a higher level, the closer to my maximum jump hight the more often it occurs. I can temporaraly resolve it by allowing myself to fall to a lower position, but risk it happening again when jumping next time. I have only noticed this occuring when I have both the rusty jetpack and am playing on multiplayer. the level does not appear to matter, but I've not been able to test fully as there is no way to 'cheat' a rusty jet pack for testing reasons. the animation of the jetpack still displays, however I do not move. I've not noticed this with the flight item, nor the double jump, only the rusty jetpack causes this behavior.

Yeah rusty jetpack here too. So frustrating because it was a 2 artifact run and i couldn't continue. Wish we could get a quick hotfix

ok update, i just had the bug happen WITHOUT the jetpack, was jumping up 2 stairs, landed at the peak of my jump, couldn't jump again, had to fall off platform. Also had a game where i couldn't move from the start at all, had to restart.
