recommand to play at rainstorm for every new players. It is more hard but that how
you can really learn to play and it make you able to unlock more stuff.
Even if there is some stuff saving, if you risk to play at drizzle, you can't say they don't warn you.
Also, this game is... well... there is still a lot of bugs and stuff to change.
Maybe he forget about that (or it doesn't do what is it suppose to) and at the end he only decide to not change it (or don't have the time/possiblity to)...
At the end, I'm sure of nothing.
Anyways, I still really recommand to play at rainstorm.
A new challenge for you.
"Note that this can be done on Drizzle (easy) difficulty, but the artifact might not appear in the character select screen until after restarting the game. "
There is nothing like that about the other one.
